This table is intended as a guide only and exact feeding amounts should be varied according to your dog’s age, sex, breed, condition and activity levels. Please note that feeding amounts should be based on the ideal adult body weight for your dog. Adult dogs and junior dogs should be fed twice per day. When introducing Vitalin into your dog’s diet we advise this is done gradually over a period of 5-10 days until it replaces all other food. Fresh drinking water should always be available.
2 fussy GSDs numerous brands tried and failed miserably, dogs losing weight and condition. Bought a 2kg bag to trial and dogs were salivating the moment they sniffed the bag when I got home! Never looked back, no fussiness, just empty bowls. Dogs now at the correct weight, lots of compliments on their overall condition and in particular their shiny coats.
I've fed Active to my Golden Retrievers for over 30 years. They've lived long, energetic and healthy lives. Eaten dry it has helped keep their teeth in good order and their coats in splendid condition till the end. They've all loved it since the moment they were weened off puppy food.
One of the few foods our fussy Lurchers will eat, with even. More gusto than foods at more than twice the price. I can see an improvement in coat condition even after just one month.
A long time ago a vet praised me for feeding Vitalin to my dogs, he said it was the best food on the market. 35 years and a dozen or more dogs from German Shepherds to Jack Russells later, they still thrive on it.
