" I have always used Vitalin and not just for my dogs it is still the best fishing bait for catching big fish it is amazing.
I have just got a new jack russell and naturally she will be a Vitalin dog and to my delight i have just found out i can now feed our kitten Vitalin which is even better, the only slight complaint is suppliers or lack of them, so i will now buy it all online.

"I just wanted to thank you for such a good product. We have had three black Labradors since 1976 and they have all been fed Vitalin Original. Our first Labrador, Sam, lived until he was 13, our second , Bess, lived until she was nearly 16 and our current Labrador Maddie is nearly 8. Your food has helped to keep all our dogs fit and well and happy.
Recently we did try some other dog food and of course with Maddie being a Labrador she ate it all within seconds but then her coat lost its shine and she had dandruff. We immediately went back to Vitalin and she actually went bonkers with delight when we put the dish down in front of her, something that she had not been doing with the other food. Pleased to say her coat is back to its lustrous condition now she is back with Vitalin.
This is just to let you know how pleased we are. I always feel people are quick to complain but slow to praise and this is proof, it has taken three Labradors to prompt me to praise your food.

I have never, in my life, contacted a manufacturer to thank them for bringing out a product - until now.
My middle-aged Yorkshire Terrier had been quite poorly with digestive problems since before Christmas and numerous trips to the vets, injections, pills etc. and trials of just about every meat and dog biscuit known to man had only just about held things together. A couple of weeks ago I picked up a trial pack of your Original Muesli for dogs, more out of curiosity than any expectation of improvement and things have changed so much for the better that I thought that I must just write and tell you how grateful I am.
I was rather surprised at how quickly Muppet has taken to your product as it doesn't look anything like the sort of thing he's used to. And from being a picky eater he now quckly finishes up a bowl full every day and would eat more if I let him. It mixes well with a little bit of tinned dog food and he will often have a top-up handful for supper just on it's own.
I bought it from my local Morrisons store where I hope they will continue to stock it, but at least I know now where to get it from if they don't.

Dear Vitalin,
Just a few lines to tell you that our dog Sam, a Lakeland Terrier, a breed which normally does not live much beyond 14/15 passed away yesterday at the grand old age of 18 years and 3 months.
We got him at 6 months and since then his main diet has been Vitalin Original. Our last dog went to 17 years and 5 months on the same product.
Needless to say any dogs we own in the future will be fed on this wonderful product.

"I would like to pass on my comments regarding your product ‘Vitalin Original Working Diet’, and to praise it.
I re-homed a Greyhound bitch in November 2005 from the Retired Greyhound Trust. She had been ill-treated and was in poor condition. For several months, despite experienced advice, I struggled to make any progress in improving her general condition, particularly her coat, which moulted terribly. I followed advice like giving her cod-liver oil which didn’t result in any improvement. She was 'faddy’ and not really interested in food.
Quite by chance, I discovered your product in a discount store in Ashton-Under-Lyme. Within 5 weeks of feeding this product to my dog I can only say that the change in her has been remarkable! She is now enthusiastic at feeding time, always empties her bowl, but the most encouraging thing is her appearance. Her 'formerly' dull coat is now silky and not moulting at all and her eyes are really bright. Her energy level is also much improved.

We think Vitalin Original is brilliant for getting our dogs back to normal if they've been on food which is obviously too rich for their tummies. Benn likes Vitalin Original with not too much water, so it's fairly dry and a bit "crunchy", but Lady (when she was alive) used to like hers a bit wetter. Either way, they always ate the lot and it did them good. It's a good, basic product at a good price; the dogs like it and it always seems to do them good - can't ask for more really. Well done, Vitalin!"
